Figure 2. Hepatic steatosis and fibrosis were observed in HFD+CCl4 group. Treatment with drug Int-747 (obecholic acid) and MGL-3196 significantly improved liver steatosis and fibrosis in MASH model. Data are presented as Mean±SD. *, P<0.05; ****, P<0.0001 by one way ANOVA with Tukey's post hoc test.
